Closing gala for the Championships will take place at Sokos Hotel Flamingo restaurant Saturday night 1.7.2017 starting at 20.00
The evening gala starts at 20.00 in the Hotel Flamingo. After the gala, at 23.00 the evening continues at Sir Eino which is located right opposite of the hotel reception.

The restaurant needs to know the number of people attending the gala well in advance. Teams are kindly asked to preorder tickets for the gala: price 35,00 euros.
(All alcoholic beverages are paid separately.)
We kindly ask you to return the form for preordering lunch and tickets to the gala by sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org and paying for the preorder not later than 2.6.2017.
We have arranged also an additional possibility for after party for those athletes who wish to cool down on the dance floor and continue the party together to the early morning.

It is around 5 km from Hotel Flamingo, and we need to arrange several taxis to get there.
We will get straight in and avoid queing in by using the Sokos hotel Vantaa entrance before midnight, (24:00), and by telling that you are among the group from "Underwater Rugby European Championships".
For us the entrance fee for the night club is 5 €, including the cloak room fee.
You must be over 18 years old (and in a reasonable condition to get in :) The night club will be closed at 4 am.
